Ashley DeHaan, President and co-founder of Serve the Spectrum Inc., is a North Carolina native who graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has over 13 years of consulting experience in the healthcare industry. Her eldest child was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3 in 2018 and inspired her to start the organization in 2021 to better the lives of those on the spectrum.

Paul DeHaan, Director and co-founder of Serve the Spectrum Inc., studied at Minnesota State and is currently Chief Technology Officer for a technology solutions company. He has lived in the Charlotte area for over 20 years. Paul is a devoted husband and father who has a passion for giving back to the community.
